Within 15 minutes of calling, I was called back to say a technician was available and on the way. Less than 45 minutes later and my unit was repaired and he was on his way. Very polite, very efficient and very respectful of my curious kids and barking dog. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Today my old system was repaired for a less than expected price and when the time comes to replace it I will only make one call.
Wow... what great service... quick call backs ... quick response ... thorough detail explanations of what issues were found with Home AC and Furnace... parts on service van along with incredible pricing for such high quality service... Highly Recommend and will always call Jones AC when I need AC Service ... Thanks Allot Robert and Jason.
