It's been many years since my mother passed (2001), but her funeral has been on my mind ever since. We chose Citty for her funeral arrangements as they also handled my father's burial. It was a nightmare of a funeral. We ordered a vault with a name plaque. They misspelled her name. We did not see the vault until we got to the grave site. When we brought it to their attention, they asked us if we wanted it corrected? Since my mother's remains would be residing in this for eternity, we said yes, we wanted it corrected. We waited for almost an hour at the grave site for the new plaque to be delivered and replaced. It's October and very hot outside. My mother is cooking...read full review
These guys are the best. They're compassionate considering the business they're in, they're reasonable with their fees and collecting them, and while I've never used their services personally I'm just dying to do so.
We used Citty funeral home when my wife's father passed away per his request. Found this organization to be considerate and understanding in dealing with the bereaved. We had to have his body transported to SC for burial and they handled all the arrangements with the cemetery there, including having the vault and opening/closing provided. If you live in the the Reidsville area please don't hesitate to utilize their services when a loved one passes away.
