This one I don’t like how y’all driver yelling at my girlfriend and two if y’all so concerned about patient falling out their wheel chair then y’all must have unsafe drivers and and three y’all need update all y’all vans with harness so people who are handicapped will not fall out their wheel chairs I am looking out for me in case I am old and need help until y’all make changes my rating will stand will not change I am very unhappy with y’all service ps Calvin Deon Mitchell

This service has been an absolute blessing to me. With no vehicle and no family or friends nearby, it’s nearly impossible to get to appointments. The drivers are professional, courteous and friendly. It’s like having a new little friendship group!

What's missing from this picture? The RCAT van. The drivers and appointment setters are really wonderful people. They've been very good to me and I thank them all for their patience with me because I really struggle.My first few experiences were great.But it seems that something is broken in their process. I use RCAT to get to medical appointments because I'm legally disabled. I don't feel well. I hurt head to toe. But these were my last 3 experiences:1. Left waiting to be taken home for 1 hour and 45 minutes.2. Never showed up at my home for an appointment.3. I am currently waiting over an hour to be taken home from an appointment.
