UPDATE: We had our first service done today. Jacob called ahead to let me know he was on his way. I very much appreciate this as I have 2 gates to open and dogs to put up prior to him arriving! Jacob explained what the procedure was for spraying, and was very professional, thorough, and listened to my information regarding where we keep our pet food barrels and was careful around those barrels while spraying. He let me know when he was done and that an email would be sent regarding the next quarterly treatment. I am glad I chose to call Otho's. We were happy with the information Jacob provided during our initial meeting. We plan to start quarterly service with Otho's.
