The ability to provide compassion, support, genuine care, concern, and love was above & beyond anything we have ever experienced. From the very first moment we were treated with respect & gentleness. We went to two other funeral homes before going to Loflin. No one at the others seemed very interested in giving us what my grandpa wanted. It seemed more like making a sale to them. I, personally, did not know where to begin when it came to taking care of my grandpas service as I had never had to do it before. The entire staff at Loflin were all extremely professional, especially Nolan. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was as my grandpa would have wanted. I changed my mind on things so many times, even the morning of his service. But Nolan made the changes and did it with a smile on his face. My family has used Loflin Funeral Home for many years. My grandmother was taken care of in 1990 , my dad in 2015, my nephew in 2018 and my mom recently 2021. Randy and staff take time to go over your needs and they do not pressure you in any way or play on your emotions to try to make more money. I really like the way they make you feel special and our family love the limo on those very hot days !
