“I placed an order at another florist in town and they forgot,I found this out about an hour before my sister's memorial service. I was really upset. I was refered to creative florist to see if they could help. I explained my situation and the lady that works there went above and beyond for me. She made me a beautiful arrangement within 15 minutes. It really meant alot to me and my family to have the flowers at the service. I am very grateful to this florist. I would highly recommend them.”

“So far I have dealt with this company over the phone for the last oh I don't know 12 minutes, I spoke with a man named Jim, and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me, by listening to exactly what I was needing, and then informing me that my personal decision may have been a little too much and help me dial it back just enough to express exactly what I was trying to say, and then when I doubted exactly what I was doing, he reaffirmed it yet again I was doing the right thing. I'm truly happy with this company and can't wait to see the arrangement they bring”
