I placed an order at another florist in town and they forgot,I found this out about an hour before my sister's memorial service. I was really upset. I was refered to creative florist to see if they could help. I explained my situation and the lady that works there went above and beyond for me. She made me a beautiful arrangement within 15 minutes. It really meant alot to me and my family to have the flowers at the service. I am very grateful to this florist. I would highly recommend them.

Great staff and very talented florists! My go to shop for anything flowers! They did beautiful arrangements for my mother's funeral and all our friends and family were impressed with their work and outstanding customer service.

I am from West Virginia, I contacted a local florist in North Carolina to place an order for flowers to be delivered from my mother to my sister. The gentleman that I spoke with was very understanding and accommodating. He contacted me various times after the sale to discuss a delivery issue and a color change in the flowers.
