    RSA provides a unique family-oriented swim culture. Members of the swim team do way more than just churn out laps. They learn how to be strong teammates, always show positive sportsmanship, and they work to have a positive impact in their communities. Also, RSA has an awesome Masters Program.

    The earliest years of RSA ... lots of laps and sprints at Hayes Barton and Pullen Park!! The Raleigh Swimming Association was founded by a handful of Raleigh families ... the MacNairs, the Haywoods. the Webbs, the Murrays, the Bittners and ... !! Great friendships for years!!
