So I'm not a sigil sage crystal type person, just in tune with my own needs and senses - this place has . Not going into detail but Abby was my service provider and she is very attentive and gives a masterful service.. The 4 star rating is for the 16 stars for Abby and the -12 stars for the post wax experienceI was charged for both services re-booked from last time. I didn't need or receive one of the services - wasn't discussed. At check out, I was essentially told the policy is "whats booked is what's billed". I asked where the policy was in writing and it isn't. Owner told me that "I must have been told he was sure" and that if not, "it's common sense". It's not posted...read full review

I’ve been going to Mackenzie at this location for several months now and have been consistently so happy with the service I receive! I get almost everything there is haha, full Brazilian, full face, brows, chin. Let’s not sugar coat it, waxing is awkward and painful by nature but I truly barley notice either because Mackenzie is just that good. And fast! She’s so friendly I genuinely enjoy chatting with her. This was my first time getting waxed and I was super nervous but Alissa made it relatively painless and not awkward at all. The experience was great and I would highly recommend it (I already have, to all my friends and family!) I am literally never shaving again! I'm someone who normally gets bad razor burn and ingrown hairs but my waxed skin is perfectly smooth with zero bumps or irritation. I'm so pleased!! If you're on the fence about waxing, definitely give it a try.Update: went back for my second wax and it hurt way less than the first! What they say about it hurting less each time is actually true!
