Came in with a pair of glasses that was missing one of the nose cushion pieces. I expected to buy the cushion and replace it myself, but the gentleman on staff did everything right there on the spot for me. Even went so far as to adjust my frames so that they sat properly and snuggly. An absolute pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!
