I saw Olivia Hodgson today as a first-time patient for a primary care visit. I was so impressed by the level of care I received here! Everyone I spoke to was super nice. Olivia was very friendly, listened to me, and asked lots of great questions. The practice felt very inclusive and non-judgmental. I am so happy to have found a place that isn't fatphobic and that makes me feel like they care about me as a person.
Dr Hicks is nice but not responsive to refill requests via the app and it's virtually impossible to actually talk to someone in their office. You have to leave a voice mail and they hardly ever call back.
Dr. Monica Oei is the best doctor on the planet! She listens to her patients and provides her excellent medical expertise. Dr. Oei is very proactive and makes patient education a priority. She always greets her patients with a warm smile and shows she really cares. May she live long and be prosperous because she is "The Bomb"!
