I purchased a phone charger cord from the gift shop. The cord was the wrong cord for my phone. I went back to the store and attempted to exchange the cord for the correct one. The merchant would not allow me to exchange or return the product I did not use. I had just purchased it 30 minutes earlier. There are nosigns stating a no return policy of this item. The merchants was not trying to make me feel like was a human being. A totally bad experience for me.

Overall poor experience with corporate policies that people feel the need to rigidly follow.A coworkers' wife was in a motorcycle accident and was in the ICU. So, I bought a couple thinking of you cards, and I got everyone at work to sign them for him and his wife. I went to the gift shop to ask if I could have flowers delivered to her room, and couldn't because she was in the ICU. No big deal there though, gift shop employee told me no flowers but I could send a balloon. I then asked if they could deliver them to her room with the cards I bought, and she said she could take the balloon but not the cards. If I wanted to buy cards from them, then they could deliver them....read full review

Great people, not rushed, but they are not knowledgeable on addressing root cause or deficiency. I was put on life long blood pressure meds. Instead, my own research led me to find that I was magnesium deficient for years. This caused fast heart rate and high blood pressure. I took magnesium LThreonate from Dr. Mercola or life extensions on amazon. 3 times per day. I am healed and have been off meds for 2 years. I hope this helps other to research root cause and not go on life long medication that will not ever heal your body. You will only become dependent on it, and it will cause other negative issues.
