Everyone at this office was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk staff to the blood draw team. Dr. Vu is amazing and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her medical student, Katelyn, was exceptionally attentive and compassionate, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Lisa, who handled my blood work, made the entire process a breeze, and I hate giving blood, so that meant a lot. I felt well cared for from start to finish and would highly recommend this office!
This practice has always taken excellent care of me and my family. The doctors are best of the best and staff professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Dr. Meier is wonderful! However, the medical assistant that I encountered was not pleasant at all. No people skills and blankly rude. I was called to the back she didn’t say hello, state her name or anything. I was just told immediately to step on the scale. Outside of that the only other thing she did was call out my blood pressure. Got escorted to the room, she tried to go over my list of medications, did not speak clearly, barely gave me a chance to tell her what needed to be added. I was so frustrated that I told her not to worry about it and just discussed with my doctor. I wish I knew her name but unfortunately it wasn’t listed on my visit summary.
