I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion I received during my visit today. Although my routine cleaning and examination were scheduled for 11:20 AM, I arrived an hour early. Despite this, Kristina and Emily promptly ushered me back and provided exemplary service and ensured that I was well taken care of.
I was particularly impressed with Kristina's professionalism and the manner in which she conducted herself throughout the appointment. Emily's thoughtfulness and gentle approach while cleaning my teeth were greatly appreciated, as she made certain my comfort was her priority.

Village Dental is such a warm and amazing place! The vibe in there is great! From the super lovely waiting area to the rooms where they work on patients, I found the environment and decor so soothing. Even more, the entire staff was SO kind and hospitable. I especially want to give a shout out to Katrina who absolutely made my week by being so friendly and helpful. She made sure I felt comfortable while discussing treatments and procedures and was just truly a dental angel! Lacie the paramedic present during my procedure was also very sweet! I have not been to a dentist in a few years and had an extremely pleasant experience when I stumbled upon Village Dental. The staff was extremely pleasant and helped me work through my insurance. Every member of the staff I spoke with was very pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning in 6 months!
Edited 7/19/24 I posted this 7 years ago, but came back to edit that my last appointment with Village Dental was so poor, I decided I'll never return. Assistants were negatively talking about the owner, I was waiting for long periods of time with my mouth propped open, 5-10 minutes, and the appointment took significantly... read full review
