I had a wonderful experience at this optometry office! Dr. Klaus was professional, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered. But I especially want to highlight Sapphire, the technician — she was absolutely amazing! Super pleasant, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend this office and their fantastic team! Everyone from check-in to check-out was friendly and helpful and you can tell they truly care. Dr. Klaus was more thorough and attentive than any other optometrist I've been to. When it came time to go over my options for contacts and glasses, Omar was awesome and helped me get the best bang for my buck with my insurance plan.

I've been going to Dr. Klaus about 20 years I've never had an issue. I had an eye concern whereas other providers told me I would have to live with the situation, Dr. Klaus said differently told me what I needed to do and I couldn't be happier from that moment to this one I've trusted his judgement and his decisions regarding my eyes. I hope he never retires... Dr. Klaus more people need to experience your Greatness. When he left Walmart so did I. I will follow a knowledgeable person when it comes to my health. Thank you Dr. Klaus for being the person you are !!!!
