They did it again! I had this amazing team in Raleigh install Katzkin DegreeZ for the 4th time. This time on a Bronco Raptor. I can’t say enough positives and trust them completely.
The entire process is handled professionally and reliably. Dustin was great with helping me land on the final color combination for the leather and threads.
Timeline was accurate and customer service was awesome.

These guys are specialists not technicians. Found them through Jeff at Duty Tire. All the employees are articulate, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Have a terrible General Motors sunroof design issue on my 2019 High Country Traverse with a notorious sunroof leak. Shame on GM for not recalling all of them and resealing. Dustin and a few others at Tops and Trends spent 2 hours on it and made some adjustments. Hope I'm good. Also took the time to explain the design versus a better design with Nissan or Toyota. They do interiors and stereos. Sent me on my way with some chocolate as well. Do not hesitate to call these guys.
Tops and Trends do excellent upholstery and convertible top work! I have been a Service Advisor in dealerships and independent shops in the Raleigh / Cary area for over ten years now. Most of the shops and dealerships I have worked in cannot do upholstery work or repair convertible tops. Tops and Trends is the shop I recommend to have that work complete and I send all of my clients here who need this type of work!
