Excellent communication, great customer service, and above all, a fantastic cleaning job. She got stains out of the carpet that Stanley (the national guy) could not remove 4 years ago! The carpets look so much better and brighter, and feel much softer. Absolutely recommend 100%.
Shane and Heather are phenomenal at their jobs! This particular project was cleaning a horribly disgusting wood laminate floor in an apartment. They were quick to respond and diligently worked to complete the project. I've used them before, and they continue to do great work!
