Staff is nice. The prices weren't posted anywhere & it cost almost $100 to dry clean 7 pieces of clothing, which was an unpleasant surprise to me. The staff said that is fairly standard pricing for that level of cleaning. Most of my items will be going to a bargain cleaner bc the cost is high to me, but no complaints about the actual service - staff was friendly, drop off was easy, there's 24 hr drop off option & my items look great. My only issue is the lack of transparency with pricing & I'm sure they would have told me the rates if I had asked.

Dropped off my ugg comforter on Monday and they had it done Tuesday afternoon! Very quick service and my comforter is the softest it’s ever been! I got it cleaned due to dog sitting my family dog and the dog hair was everywhere. When I got it back it was incredibly clean and no dog hair in sight!
