Great massage!! I had a super long wait to get my tires replaced at Costco and walked over and they happened to have an opening. Everyone was very nice and I got a great massage!! Went there as a spur of the moment thing but definitely will be going back.
I have been going to The Now since 2022 (the Brier Creek location and this year the Midtown location) and I was super pleased to have one open in Raleigh. I have always had good experiences here, and I know for a fact the staff is treated well and paid fairly. I only every get massaged by women, and the women massage therapists are very professional and competent. I do agree with some other comments about the prices being high, but I love the spa atmosphere enough to pay them. Also love they have spa water and candles for sale. Helpful receptionists, clean bathrooms and plenty of easy parking.
I loved the NOW massage. I called yesterday morning and got an appointment that day with Isiah and he knew exactly where to stretch and where to apply pressure. I was met with the upmost professionalism. The set up was so calming and relaxing AND CLEAN!! I’ve had so many massages as I’ve had hip surgeries and he was very careful around the areas and kept asking if the pressure was okay. Already rebooked and I got their membership which was such a deal!! The gentleman at the front desk explained everything for me and was go nice and helpful!
