I love the entire staff at NC State Vet School Dermatology Dept! They have helped my dog so very much and I am so thankful that we were able to get in to be seen since they are booked out months in advance! Thank you all!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people at NC State Vet Hospital. One of our dogs had to have a pacemaker in January of 2025, and the Cardio team was absolutely phenomenal. You could tell that they truly cared for him like one of their own pets. Dr. Ragazzo, Dr. Johnson, and Cassie were especially amazing. He and our other dog recently passed from kidney failure issues, but they were both seen and treated by Dr. Reed-Jones in Internal Medicine at the same hospital, and she is also an amazing doctor. We started off at a local emergency vet and we made the decision to move our dog to NC State Animal Hospital.
Within less than 8 hrs they had him moved out of ICU and into intermediate care.
From the time we entered the emergency room doors to the time we left the following Tuesday, my husband and I were absolutely blown away by the care that we and Jayden were shown. The phone call updates were so informative, and we really appreciated all the time and care that was given to Jayden.
Also, I will say that cost-wise it was less than the 24 hours spent at the other emergency vet.
We are so thankful for NC State Animal Hospital.
