Always an enjoyable experience with one of the senior stylists, Heather O. at The Lash Lounge. I come in about once a month for PLE lash refills and we chat about life updates while she works on the refill. She has a great personality and really takes care of her clients. I've been seeing her for about 7 months now and my lashes always look incredible and the retention is amazing. I've never had an issue scheduling an appointment or have had to wait once I've arrived. I can't recommend Heather enough!
