Edit: They gave us a partial refund if we changed our 2 stars to 4 stars.The reason I gave them more than 1 star is that they did have a lot to clean. Besides that fact, they didn't do a very good job at all. I was having a one-time cleaning done and they had no limit placed on them on the time they had to clean. I made it clear they needed to finish cleaning everything. They did not do this. I will try to attach pictures. I did call them to see if we could resolve this. Professional group from initial visit through services provided. Clear explanation of services and costs, organized plan for services and excellent follow through to ensure satisfaction. It’s worth paying a little more to have a professional service provider.

We have had a great experience with The Cleaning Authority. They have WANTED to work with us every step of the way. And they have LISTENED to what we need for our home and lifestyle. In the past, we had tried to use smaller companies, but I really enjoy the app and the benefits of a larger business. I just read the other reviews and have to agree Cecilia is amazing.
