Tech Wizards is a great business to know - especially in a crisis. They saved me when my laptop was hacked. We had the opportunity to work with Bryan, Brandon, and Zack. They are all great. They are our best tech friends! We are thankful for them.
I needed help with my cell phone. I contacted TECH WIZARDS and left a message. Someone from TECH WIZARDS took the time to call me back to tell me that they don't work on cell phones, and then they referred me to a company that did. The fact that they took the time to respond to my request for help when it wasn't giving them any business is rare these days. Heck, it's becoming rare when a worker who's fit for the job actually calls you back! Anyways, it shows they care. I appreciated that.
I have owned a mortgage company in Apex, NC for over 27 years. We have used Tech Wizards as our primary tech support company for almost 20 years. Brian and his team have always been extremely reliable in resolving any tech issue whether it's a minor problem which can be resolved remotely or significant hardward issue requiring extened on site presence. In addition to using Tech Wizards for all of our daily tech support needs, we have contracted Brian and his team to replace our entire computer system several times over the past 20 years.
