We inherited some problems with the roof on the house we moved into earlier this year. One bathroom vent was letting water into the house whenever there was a storm, rotting fascia, and improperly installed step flashing.
Summit Roofing (Kevin) came out and assessed the problems and recommended solutions. The team showed up as scheduled, did the installation (including some additional painting), and cleaned up very well. I recommend Summit for repair or replacement! (They previously replaced a roof on our old house a few years ago)
