Stretchlab is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming. I've really enjoyed working with Frankie. He is collaborative with me, ensuring my stretches complement the work I'm doing in physical therapy. And, he also gives really good feedback and education on stretches I can do at home, in between appointments. So glad a friend told me about Stretchlab!

I highly recommend stretch lab in Midtown Raleigh!! They work to customize sessions that effectively get your body in ultimate condition. After only 3 session, so far, I feel great improvement in my neck tension and hamstring flexability. The stretch specialist are very knowledgeable. Frankie P, is very attentive and extremely profecient at what he does with a wonderful personality and positive spirit. 5/5
