Stone Systems of Raleigh is a company that specializes in installing kitchen granite countertops for retail stores and clients. The company fabricated an absolutely beautiful Silestone Countertops for a beach house. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have reported issues with the quality of their work. Some clients have been satisfied with the design and installation of their countertops, praising the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales team. However, others have experienced problems with the quality of the materials, such as veining issues with the backsplash. Communication was a real challenge at first and store staff was terrible about responding to questions. The saving grace was the most excellent customer service and the end result, as clients do love the countertops. Meral Wood is the best installation manager ever and all of the staff and executives are incredibly friendly & approachable.
This place was assigned by Lowe’s for my kitchen countertop project. They were on time every time they came to the house and worked with me to modify the design patiently and installed in timely manner and did a great job with the installation. Very happy with their work!
Stone Systems was brought in by Home Depot to fabricate and install a granite countertop. I was too busy to stay focused on it and follow up. But the team starting with Camilla stayed with it and saw it thru in a timely manner with good workmanship.
The only reason for dinging a star is that in removing the counter, they removed paint and did not fill in the gap between the wall and backsplash properly with caulking and paint touch up.
Omar and Meral were great from start to finish, communicative, professional and both executed and project managed a great kitchen countertops install! Really pleased with the outcome and would recommend using!
