Jess is a healer. And I really needed a healer this year! I’m doing all the things: exercise, healthy diet, meditation, meds, therapy … but my absolute favorite healing modality, and the one where I see results with each session, is seeing Jess at Still Rhythm Healing Arts for craniosacral therapy and massage therapy/ bodywork. It is the highlight of my week every week. She is a licensed massage therapist, of course, but she is also SO MUCH MORE. Jess has an energy that is calm, reassuring, caring, and safe. Jess is amazing!! Truly magical hands. I always feel wonderful after I've seen her. We always consult before the massage and the session is perfectly tailored to my physical and mental needs that day.
I highly recommend Jess Taylor if you are looking for someone to help you reconnect with yourself. I am a caregiver and hold a lot of stress in my body. Jess really listens to what’s going on with me during our check in at the start of each session and I feel heard. I really like the variety of tools that Jess uses such as massage, cupping, cranial sacral therapy, energy work, aromatherapy, and reflexology. She also gives me suggestions of things I can try at home like Qigong or yoga poses, breathing exercises and nutritional ideas so I can continue on my self healing journey between our sessions.
