Asked for black with gems, not hard to remember right but she was to busy yacking to remember the gems. Pissed!

After 3 days, both of the larger nail gems fell off and a few days after that, there was a crack in one of the nailbeds and it broke off the following day. Really don't understand why this was so expensive and didn't even last. Soaking it off today. Very disappointed.I also left my review on Google and encourage others to read the unprofessional, untrue and rude response from the owner on Google Review too.FYI: Everything stated by me is factual. Happy to pay for QUALITY & PROFESSIONALISM. And thank you for your response. Went today, got my shellac manicure and pedicure done. There were two customers and 2 workers when I went in. The lady took me after about 15mins after she was done with her client. I used my Groupon, which she took care of. She did my manicure, which isn't the best job I've had done to my nails. My pedicure is another thing, which the guy did. While they had good attitudes, I don't think I'll be going back. If I had to pay full price, I would've been more upset. I'll stick to getting acrylic, or just painting my nails myself.
