I had a full body massage and the massage was perfect. The only bad thing is I was cut 10 minutes short. My massage was supposed to start at 11. I was finally called back at 1109. I was escorted to the room and asked to prepare myself. The massage then started at 1114. She was done at 1150 on the dot. I paid for a 50 minutes massage that was not completed.

I have ALWAYS enjoyed my treatments at Skin Sense. We moved out of the for a while, but once we moved back and I started feeling better I decided to give them a try again.I have always lived in Cary, so was a bit disappointed that the only location still open is the Falls of the Neuse location; understandably the pandemic caused many small businesses to close or merge to one fewer locations so I totally get why they had to do this.Because I like them so much I did not mind driving to their location at Falls of the Neuse.I had a full face wax and Hydrafacial with add-ons of the eye and lip treatments. These were done by Allison. ALL I can say is WOW.......both full review

My husband got me a gift card for my birthday that I finally put to use 6 months later. I was prepared for it to be a below average experience based on the subpar reviews and the unfriendliness of the receptionists on the phone but overall it was surprisingly a very positive, relaxing experience.
