Prior to coming to Skin Sense A Day, I had never experienced being in a Salt Cave! Wow, this helped me so much with some of the challenges I was having with digestion, headache and pure stress! My first visit was so awesome!! The peaceful atmosphere, along with the soft music playing allowed me to relax to the extent I went into a deep sleep! After a while I was awaken by the host not realizing that I had fallen asleep. That particular experience made the rest of my day very manageable. My headache was gone and I was very relaxed!
