There are several seats to sit in while waiting to be serviced. The business has changed owners so the service has definitely approved lately. My only issue is at times there is only one person working so the wait can be longer but not long. There is an extra $1 charge to use your card to pay for services.
I visited here for the first time on January 23, 2025 and I had a great experience. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the names of the 2 ladies that were providing services that day. They both answered my many questions and provided great customer service. My eyelashes turned out exactly how I asked.
My wife has availed the services of Shubh beauty few times and each time I had to drop her and wait as she doesn't drive. I must say, the behaviour, the care and the professionalism these guys offer is beyond outstanding. Technical skills is one side which anyone trained excels in. Apart from that , these guys are very good of taking care of their clients in a humane manner. I will say they are the guys who is not just there to earn money, but their top priority is taking care of their clients is the best possible manner.
