My nails look great, but I wasn’t able to get the color I asked for bc a whole hand was done without confirming it was the correct color. I just assumed since I said it when asked what color for the base she was getting that one and it was a really light shade so I didn’t even notice until she asked if I liked it after first hand was already curing. Also cut up the cuticle a lot on one finger, I’ve loved this tech for years before this but last experience wasn’t great.
I made an appointment with Katie for a new set of GelX nails. I did have to wait although I had an appointment. I’m not thrilled about the experience and I was quite concerned with the process. I have several nicks to my cuticle areas, several of my cuticles had dried blood when she was done. I expressed my concerns to her but I felt like they were ignored. Not only is this unsanitary it’s a health hazard as I am not sure they disinfectant the drill bits in between each customer. Overall, my nails look decent but I can’t say I’ll go back. I always have great service here! All the ladies do great work, Nathalie, Trina & Jenie. Trina is always so creative with my finger nail designs and she did a great job for my first ever lash extensions. I definitely recommend this nail spa...it is a 10 out 10!
