I visited today for an online order pick up. I had a rewards coupon I earned and treated myself to Makeup by Mario products. Eric greeted me upon arrival and helped me with my online order. Eric was very pleasant. This location is always organized and the staff are pleasant. It's wonderful to see D.E.I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) at the center of how Sephora has been hiring. Fantastic customer service! Stopped in late tonight (Tuesday) & warmly welcomed by 2 amazing, friendly, professional employees who helped me find Sephora rouge lipstick in the exact colors I wanted. I'm sorry I forgot the women's name....sorry! Super helpful and nice! Thank you all for your outstanding customer service!
I just had the absolute best experience getting helped with hair care products. They did not have the item I was looking for on the shelf but Vincent saved the day and found it for me. He was super friendly and super helpful. I'll definitely be back!
