"Consistency is everything...my initial experience was promising. The 2nd appt. Juanita cancelled on me 1 hour before for an “emergency,†when confronted she surprisingly put her “emergency†on hold to keep my appt. as scheduled. My 3rd appt. she did my two-strand twist again, but it was nothing like the 1st time. She used different products that left my hair frizzy. I was NOT pleased, she didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. She never tried to make it right. I will NOT recommend!"

If I was able to rate this salon 20 stars I would. I am a extremely picky person when its comes to letting people do my hair. Juanita did such a magnificent job on my hair with her skills, she has gained a permanent customer. She thoroughly washed my hair being that I am natural and have been for over 10 years( 98% of her client base is natural). She blew dried my hair with such gentle care that I didn't even feel the heat. And lets not forget when she flat ironed my hair. She is so smooth with the flat iron, it never touched my scalp but yet my thick roots were bone straight. She is not scissor happy like most stylist are.
