I love the hair products the spa sells. I don't live close enough to the business to go in person and purchase them. I've previously ordered supplies from them and had no issue receiving them promptly. I placed an online order on 3/6 and immediately received an automated confirmation email, the order status indicated it was "awaiting processing". On 3/7 I received a standard thank you for shopping and being a loyal customer email from the business. However by 3/22 I hadn't received any updates on my order so I went online and to track my order, the order status was still showing "awaiting processing".
