Tom has a welcoming demeanor and is very patient when explaining complicated issues. His competence is undeniable and we felt like we were in excellent hands to prepare both our returns. Tom explained issues and answered all our questions. The firm’s use of technology makes it easy to exchange documents. I believe their rates are competitive and most importantly they are reliable. I would highly recommend Tom and his firm .
We have been working with Paul for over 3 years now. He educates us, answers our questions without hesitation, and is timely. He has been a pleasure to work with! I would recommend him 100%.
The firm has grown and therefore lost its personal touch but still is great in regard to knowledge of not only IRS rules and regulations and tax code but of law as well, which can be even more important. The only issue I've had is the the customer portal could use some streamlining; I feel its cumbersome to use.
Overall, they're accurate, fast, reasonable and responsive. Recommended.
