Got a quote from another place where they said we needed completely new springs and a new motor. Ended up giving RJ a call after getting something in the mail from them and it was the right move. They just tensioned the spring and replaced the drive coupler for us (already had the part as I saw it was broken). Also swapped out the rollers since the garage was very clunky. Now it's smooth as ever and was less than half the cost of the other estimate. Thanks Justin and JJ for the speedy repair. Was able to do it same day as coming out to inspect it. No more manually closing the door, can't recommend them enough!
