Crystal is one of those people whose energy is SO positive and calming that you’re getting a lot more than the amazing work she’s doing on your muscles. You feel totally transported, she so obviously cares and knows what she’s doing on every level. I always look forward to seeing her because I know I can be feeling my worst upon arrival and leave feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. She’s so talented and just a wonderful human being.
