Working with Melissa has been life changing. I have been able to move more of my lower back. Before I couldn’t even more it without pain. I highly recommend Melissa she’s amazing. The body work and energy is incredible.
I have been going to Return to Wellness for a number of years. She is the first professional who can truly get to the root of my physical concerns and help me process the challenges out of my body. She is incredibly trauma informed, inclusive and welcoming of everyone. Most importantly, she holds space to truly help my body be at its best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Melissa is an amazing healer, and I say healer because after just one session, I walked out with severely less pain---and it didn't come back! I've been to many massage practitioners and every single time, I'd feel great on the table, feel great leaving, but a few hours later the pain was right back where it started. Not with Melissa; I felt like I had a new back and that's saying something considering when I first saw her I was moving at a sloth's pace because I was in so much pain.
