I had a really good experience with restoration 1of Raleigh. I had a flood damage From my washer upstairs. My whole first floor was flooded and it drained all the way down to the kitchen and living room. This happened On a Sunday , and as soon as I called and they were able to get A crew into my house at night. They did the whole mitigation process and the restoration process. they did all the work and the paper work with my home insurance company. I am very pleased with the work they did and I will highly recommend them.
Avery was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and took extra care to explain what was happening in our laundry room, answered my questions and recommended next steps. He knew exactly what he was looking at, down to all the other utilities in the room. I was very impressed, and would recommend him.
This company has good people. Every person I interacted with was professional and friendly and treated the work with sincerity. Each person went the extra mile and often taught me something as we went along. Thanks R1
