Had a wonderful experience with Renaissance. They handled all of the local logistics details for the passing of my grandmother who had to be transported out of state for burial. Amie and renaissance made what seem like an overwhelming ordeal profoundly simple on their end. For that, my family was grateful. Would definitely recommend them again under any circumstances It’s our second experience with them overall and we were pleased both times.
Renaissance team were wonderful to deal with at a difficult time. Professional and compassionate and understanding. And everything happened exactly as they said it would. We really appreciate them.
I was very impressed by the gentlemen who came to pick my dad up. They were very kind and respectful. When we made his arrangements Amy treated us like family.
