Asked for a simple soak off just for them soak my hand for 15 minutes, then proceed to pop my acrylics off with another acrylic nail anyways. Then I was told the total was 18. Very disappointed.
Had only been here once precovid and went solo. Amazing experience. Wanted to treat a new friend to a relaxing evening. The massage was GREAT.However the pedi techs seemed to have an attitude. They didn't even bother to confirm what color what my friend wanted and ended up painting our toes the same color. We didn't feel encouraged to ask for a change because we were feeling rushed by the staff. Overall not awful, definitely can work on the pedi techs customer service skills. Also find it odd they don't do gel polish in 2023.
I love Mimi and her husband! They do good work, are kind, and have adorable artwork from their kids featured in the spa. It is clean and they are professional. I've done both gel and dip polishes as well as eyebrow waxes. Here's to sharing in hopes that this well-deserving couple will have much success at this small business!
