I had a great experience working with Will and his team at Raleigh Tree Service. Turn around time for my project from quote request to completion was an impressive 3 days. The price was competitive, Will was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns for limb removal and the service was phenomenal. I have a baby at home and when the crew arrived my little one had just gotten to sleep for a nap, I messaged Will and requested they not knock on my door to avoid the dog barking and waking my baby from his nap. I was aware tree trimming is noisy work and understood that the baby may be woken anyway, but Will was quick to alert his team lead Andrew who went above and beyond my expectations, they used a battery operated chainsaw to reduce noise and saved the wood chipper for very last. My baby was able to get his full nap and I am incredibly impressed with the care and consideration they took. I would highly recommend Raleigh Tree Service for any tree-care needs.
Professional work, scheduled quickly, excellent and careful service, minimal disruption to us and our neighbors, everything you could want in a locally owned tree service.
