I want to first Acknowledge Air Experts has excellent Customer Service and are focused on helping you with your problem. Yesterday was a crazy day for me as it started with the house not having water. I called Air Experts to help resolve this and they were able to schedule a Plumber, Luiz to arrive between 12-2pm. He arrived around 1pm found my problem, being resin beads had escaped my soft water system and had gone through & blocked my pipes and fittings. I had to call my Sift Water System company to resolve the issue, which they did, however, they could not clear my tankless hot water heater and I had to get an Plumber. Brandon Alverez was very efficient and great at answering all my questions. He informed me of the things that could use some attention down the road and some suggestions of things to do now. He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I would consider asking for him for any HVAC service I may need in the future as he seems very knowledgable. .

I had some problems with getting an emergency appointment and than after waiting for 6 weeks for a maintenance appointment, was asked to wait an additional month. I hope in the future that will be better.
