Took my cracked IPad into this spot not really knowing anything about them!! The guy there working name Ehsan was really help told me I can drop it off and come back and pay. Ali was there when I went in and he was really helpful with the screen protector I purchased also! Great service thank you guys!!
I took my phone to Apple to see if they could determine if the phone worked because the back glass was smashed and the front screen wouldn’t turn on. Unfortunately, the couldn’t get a diagnostic test. It was either the screen or the port. Since there was a slight bend in the frame, they wouldn’t be able to replace the screen. I took my phone here and they were able to replace my front screen, only what I needed for the time being, perfectly. I am beyond happy and grateful they do not require an appointment to get only an estimated cost.
worked with Ali, very knowledgeable, courteous and fast on the repair. i lost my phone (samsung galaxy S24+) on thanksgiving evening in the middle of six forks road at north hills. i don't know how many cars drove over it in the hours it was missing but it had to be a lot. i found it and the screen was gone just a foil like covering remained on the front of the phone the back was nicked up but was ok. i was sure the phone was bricked but on the way home i kept getting audible notifications even though i couldn't see them or address them. i found this store with a google search and it was local. took the phone in on black friday and Ali assured me it was fixable at a...read full review
