I’ve been going to Pole Play for 4 and a half years now. This is my first experience with any type of dance and I have felt welcomed and celebrated from day one (even when I was really bad lol). Each instructor has a unique teaching style which will be good for your growth as a dancer even if you are just doing this for fun! Cannot recommend this studio and pole dancing enough. It will do wonders for your confidence, your mind/body connection, and provide you with a loving community you never knew you needed.

I’ve been to many different studios in my pole journey, and I can honestly say none compare to this one! From my very first class I felt welcomed! By my 2nd class - the person at the front desk knew my name! The classes are really enjoyable - the instructors create a great environment and ensure your time is well spent! The other students here are also very friendly and encouraging! This studio truly has a great community feel! Additionally, if you are someone who enjoys heels - this is the place to be! I started my pole journey almost a year ago after booking a “moms day” party for my girlfriends—and I’ve been hooked ever since! What began as a fun outing turned into something I genuinely love. Over the past year, I’ve taken multiple progressive series, specialty classes, and individual sessions, and every experience has been amazing.
Even though I’m only able to make it about once a week, I’ve seen real progress—not just physically, but in my confidence and self-expression too.
