Highly recommend! Lenovo's service repair was full, so I found First Service Carolina who are a certified Lenovo service provider. Everyone was friendly and the communication was outstanding.

Hired One Tech to install a camera system I purchased. Ehab gave me a price to do that and an option to upgrade to a higher definition camera with upgraded wiring. Appointments were on time and best of all they were able to reach crawl spaces they weren't expecting to. All of my wiring is hidden. So glad I opted for the better cameras. Can't go wrong with this guy. Honest and fair ( not cheap/ big difference). I'd give him an opportunity to install or fix anything I can. He does business the old fashion way. Good customer service.
