As someone with a Master's degree, this place could be doing better at supporting all job seekers. I had reached out to this location a couple of months back since I needed help in finding employment due to my last position being let go because of the contract. The job coach I was assigned was not only unhelpful, but when I tried to follow back up the next day with the resources, he was supposed to email me, he had an attitude and try to talk to me condescending. I decided to terminate my services and look at other resources that would help me in the job search. It was unacceptable and unprofessional.
