Had 2 braiders so the service went fairly quickly (the one in the front was fast while the person in the back was much slower and didn’t seem as experienced). The braids were much shorter in the back and when it was pointed out the braiders were extremely reluctant to fix it and still only fixed some of them. They then added extra long pieces potentially out of spite so some are short, normal length and extra long. First and last visit.
Pros : The atmosphere is very friendly and nay is very professional ! Clean place . They make you feel very welcome .
Cons : The style I asked for did not look like the picture . When I got in the first braiders chair she braided my hair so tight that I almost cried . When I got to the second braider she was excellent on not braiding too tight but my part was not straight , I asked for my hair to not be middle parted and it was , the boho hair was coming out of my braids within 24 hours and I got in the chair at 10 am and did not leave until 4:10 PM . They do alot of talking amongst each other so the pace is definitely affected which has customers in the chair...read full review
Stylist: This started oot as a decent experience, until one if the ladies was doing my hair was coughing profusely. This was a friday, by Sunday afternoon I wasn't feeling well
Went to the doctor and low and behold I had covid..Tried to do the responsible thing and let them know, of course she denied it
I will never ever go back there. Be aware customers, of someone is coughing up a lung, probably should leave.
