Brian S. from Mr. Rooter - Raleigh, arrived on time, around 2PM, to replace our 20yo electric hot water heater. Despite the enormous challenge of where the tank was located, having to leave to buy fittings and a new drip pan, soldering the old fittings in place to the new tank, removing the old tank, and cleaning up, he left after 8PM. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in explaining and answering my questions.
We are extremely pleased with the work done and would never hesitate to call Mr. Rooter in the future, for any plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter was very responsive to my emergency water leak and arrived an hour after my call. The plumber was courteous and very knowledgeable and was able to locate a very hard to find leak. The repair was made with minimal impact to the surrounding area. I will definitely use them again!

Tried to unclog a drain on my own with no luck. They came out quickly on a weekend. The technician was persistent and finally cleared the clog. Pricey, yes, but worth it for someone to come quickly on a weekend and also for them to be persistent when the first few methods failed, until he finally got a positive result.
