It's a great service and is super easy and love that you can store the key digitally. My only complaint is that it only does basic house keys. I tried to do a key for a lock and it wouldn't recognize it.

I made three different keys but had to do so in three different purchases which makes no sense to me, how about an option to make a different key? Two out of three keys worked, the one didn't. How do I get refunded for it? That is 33.33% in error.

The key was rough after it was finished but a few swipes with my fingers and it was smooth. Key worked great. The price was $4 for a basic house key and that is a bit too much but I guess you need to charge that much to pay for the machine and the upkeep of the machine.
